How cool is this? I keep finding more and more awesome apps to use on my iPhone. Forgive me for sounding like a commercial, but I'm sitting here writing a blog from my cell! Just like that! Well, I guess I will make a list of the apps that I have found fun and ones I have found useful. I'd talk about the ones I don't like, but I don't exactly remember them because I got rid of them as fast as I could. I should add that the free ones have actually been better than the ones I've paid money to have added to my cell. Here's the list:

1.) Blogger. I mean, honestly. If it wasn't for you getting me to start a blog in the first place, I never would have thought to even look for it in the apps section.

2.) Facebook. Easily accessible and I can read everything clearly because of the screen. There is a simple notification whenever somebody writes something on my wall (inboxed messages don't send me notifications).

3.) Twitter. They are constantly changing and upgrading this app to get the most potential use possible. I actually like to use this app as opposed to using the site on my netbook.

4.) Sea Stars. I HAVE to warn you, this game is highly addicting. Coins are easy to get with simple missions that keep you interested in the game. My 3 year old thinks this game is better than TV. Which says a lot.

5.) Netflix. What a life saver. While Bram was watching a movie on the netbook, I was laying on the couch watching it on my cell with my earphones. *ALTHOUGH THE APP IS FREE, NETFLIX IS NOT*

6.) Bunny Shooters. Apparently, this is likened to Android's "Angry Birds". However, I am not a fan of Angry Birds and found Bunny Shooters so addicting I bought the 2nd world. I have not bought World 3, but have been able to play it, without being able to choose which level. I might buy it... I'm really undecided. It's really addicting and I have kids that need tending to.

7.) Everlight and Softlight. Because I have 2 kids and the most blinding lights ever, I need flashlights to navigate my way around my house. Everlight is fantastically bright an uses the actual camera light on your iPhone. Just a tip; don't use the strobe light if you have seizures... it's headache worthy. Softlight is great when I need to get a diaper changed on my 7 month old without waking him right up by turning on the bedroom light. It uses the main screen and turns it a pretty blue with a clock on it. It's a great light for something... well, soft.

8.) Chorus Radio. Ah, nothing like streaming radio. I moved from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Penticton, British Columbia. The stations here are horrible compared to Manitoba's, so I follow along and listen through there. It's especially great when I can listen to my Winnipeg Blue Bombers play football...

9.) Telus CFL Football and TSN Mobile. I have to follow up on my Winnipeg Blue Bombers. 'Nuff said.

10.) Speedometer Free. Holy moly this came in handy! Bram was driving the kids and I to the airport and the speedometer in the van just stopped working on the highway. I quickly searched for an app and found this one which worked better than the other ones I tried. It was also very accurate, as we pulled into a construction zone and they had the speed signs set up. This app matched the speed signs dead on. It does, unfortunately, use a GPS for more accuracy, which uses up data.

Well, these have been my Top 10 favorite free apps. There are a couple I use that I paid for, which I will forever use including Sims3 and GarageBand. Apps worth the moolah. But that's another day. Until then, like my kid's favorite commercial says;

"If you don't have an iPhone, then you don't have an iPhone."
