The long awaited spin-off game of the successful Resident Evil franchise, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is dated to release in the next two months. Different from other Resident Evil games, Operation Raccoon City adopts the third-person shooter genre with run-and-gun feature and also a 4 players co-op mode. Actually, it is inspired from Lost Planet 2 that I think is a perfect co-op game
